google hangout

I've tried following the instructions on this page, but try as I may, I am unable to create a hangout button that automatically starts with all the members of the group. If any of you are better java scripters, feel free to take a look at it. You can find the current button under the cross header in the layout section.

one place, one message

Guys,
I figured it would make sense to have just one place where we message each other, rather than emails through BYUI, Gmail, SMS, and whatever else. I for one find it confusing and cumbersome to look through everything to find the one message/information/file I need.
I've made all of us editors to this blog, so we can all post, or reply to a post.
